CampsiteFit

Every site has a limit. Your rig has a length.

We match the two, one campsite at a time, across every federal campground that publishes its measurements, and show where every number came from.

ft

58,761 of 115,481 bookable federal campsites take a 35 ft rig.Answered at 35 ft, the next step above your 32: rounding your length down would count sites that might not take it. Counting only sites that publish a limit for that rig class. A site publishing none is unknown, and unknown never counts as fitting.

One advertised length describes one site

Every listing everywhere shows a single “max RV length” per campground. That number is the longest single site on the property, and at 635 campgrounds here, each with more than ten sites, it is a length exactly one site achieves.

The advertised number proves such a site exists. It says nothing about your odds of getting it. So this site keeps the per-site measurements the agencies already publish, all 87,506 of 115,481 bookable sites that state one for a rig, and answers from every one of them.

Bookable sites taking each rig length — every five feet of rig costs thousands of options. The green step is where your length falls.

16,129 tent- or horse-only sites are never counted as taking a rig, whatever their driveways measure.

Every figure on this page is queried from the corpus, and none is typed into it. The corpus is the Recreation Information Database (ridb.recreation.gov), public domain, and every extracted fact carries the sentence that supports it. How it is measured.

Not a booking site. Reservations happen on Recreation.gov and we take no commission. A site that publishes no length is shown as unknown — never assumed to fit.

Nothing follows you here. No tiles, no font CDN, no analytics: no third party learns what you are looking at. The maps are drawn from coordinates already in the database.

Coverage follows the data: 48 states publish per-site dimensions today. A state appears when its campgrounds publish measurements, not when the map wants filling.
